Happy Thanksgiving!

I can't wait to see the floral trellis pieces all assembled. For the ruffled edging on your floral trellis bag, maybe you can work covered floral wire through the top edge to keep it straight? It comes in green, so it can be concealed in the edge.
The embroidery on the Florentine Shrug is just so beautiful. I can't wait to see that all finished, too. :)

I'm assuming the knitting won out over laundry, bills & dusting? Those pesky chores do get in the way of fun, dont' they? I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving - you more than earned your place with all the work you and your son did helping with the Thanksgiving dinners. Is that your Uncle Jack that you knitted the 'turkey leg' hat (& didn't it disappear?)? He looks like a sweet, wonderful, fun man.

I can hardly wait to see the finished trellis pieces, too! They look beautiful just waiting to dry. Felting is so interesting - sort of like alchemy to me!! I think there must be some magic involved.

Thanks for the updates!!

I am enjoying looking at all your projects, but just wanted to let you know if you wanted to try the Pignoli bag again - you can always make one for me! LOL
To me the best thing about turkey is - leftovers! Hot and cold sandwiches! So much better thanon turkey day!!!!

Wow! What a wonderful Thanksgiving! Hooray for holidays and all the Jacks in our lives! Your knitting is so awesome! I love all the felted roses and bags! I had the same trouble with the top of the bag being wavy on the last bag I made. But I managed to get it to be a cool bag anyway! I would pick knitting over laundry any day! I hope you are well and happy!
